• For your comfort, please do not eat immediately before treatment.
  
  
• If you do not wish to disrobe, please wear comfortable clothing that will allow your therapist to work properly.
  
  
• If certain areas of your body are tense or tender, please inform your masseuse so she can help relax and ease problem areas.
  
  
• Be sure to drink as much water you comfortably can after your treatment. It aid the therapeutic process. 
  
  
• Arrive 10 minutes prior your scheduled treatment time.
  
  
• In case of no show, a charge of 50% will be addet to your bill
  
  
• Cancellations shall be made 24 hours prior your scheduled treatment date
